Disclaimer and privacy
We would like to inform you that by accessing www.swiss-ski-kwo.ch you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Legal notice
All information is without guarantee. We cannot guarantee, but we make every effort to ensure that the data is fully up to date at all times.
Swiss-Ski or Valer Informatik GmbH also assumes no liability for Internet failures, damage caused by third parties, imported data of any kind (viruses, worms, Trojan horses), as well as for links from and to other websites. We have no control over the content and form of non-Swiss Ski websites.
We cannot guarantee the error-free functioning of hardware and software.
Please note that this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right to change or update the information on this site at any time and without prior notice. This also applies to improvements and/or changes to the products or services described on this site.
In no event shall Swiss-Ski or Valer Informatik GmbH be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages arising out of the use of this site or any site linked to it. Also excluded is any liability for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of programs or other data in your information systems. This applies even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cookies are data elements that a website can send to your browser to better assist you with database-driven systems. However, you have the option to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Thus, you can decide for yourself whether you want to accept it or not.
Data protection
As long as you do not log in with a user name and password, you do not leave any personal data behind when you visit our website. If you log in with a username and password, some operations will be logged, which you accept and agree to by logging in this way. This data is only accessible to the webmaster and the Swiss-Ski KWO and is used to find errors and to improve the quality of the homepage. However, we limit ourselves to the minimum necessary requirements. If you do not want certain processes to be logged, please request that your user access be deleted and use the homepage anonymously without user access, but with a smaller offer due to the system.
The data will be collected and stored by you (e.g. TD report) or corresponding clerks (e.g. schedule chief, regional TD or ZN chiefs). These data are necessary for the competition organization. If you do not agree with entries related to your person, we ask you to inform us immediately, so that we can fully respect your privacy in your sense.
Use of data
The data on the KWO homepage is used exclusively to support the operation of Swiss-Ski sporting events. Extended data and information available via a necessary registration are reserved for Swiss-Ski members and accredited persons.
For a user access, some data must be mandatory. The P-Nr (membership number of Swiss-Ski) and the club define the membership of Swiss-Ski. E-mail and Fon are required if it is necessary to contact a user, e.g. for race registrations.
For race registrations, the e-mail address and phone number of the person who made the registration will be given to the assigned online person in charge, which is usually the timekeeper, in case he has any queries.
Technical delegates and timekeepers are stored with their complete addresses and personal data such as birthday, language, gender. Also course attendance, assignments and offices in relation to Swiss-Ski are managed. Except the address, telephone number and e-mail address, the personal data are only available to the own user or superior, e.g. TD-chief, KWO etc.
User access
In principle, a valid membership with a corresponding membership number must be available at Swiss-Ski or a special accreditation. The user access is to be treated personally and confidentially. It is not permitted to make one's user data available to a third party, not even to family members. The disclosure of user data violates the privacy policy. Joint user accesses, e.g. for a club, cannot be set up. Leaving Swiss-Ski also means that the user access is no longer valid.
No one is automatically entitled to a user access. We reserve the right to deactivate user accesses, especially those without a valid PNr. Abusive or unsportsmanlike use of the user access, as well as the indication of false information can lead to the blockage or deletion of the user access. Swiss-Ski or Valer Informatik do not have to justify or communicate a blocking or deletion to the user.
Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on our website applies.
